By default, RDP-Tcp Network adapter is All network adapters configured with this protocol. However, this settings may cause connection issue. You may want to select a dedicated NIC. To do this please follow these steps:

In Windows 2003 or 2008 TS, open Terminal Services Configuration, right click RDP-Tcp under Connection and select Network Adapter. You choose a NIC under Network adapter.

If you are running windows 2008 R2 RDS, open Remote Desktop Session Host Configuration. Right click on RDP-Tcp and select Properties. You can choose the network adapter under Network Adapter.
