How to switch Terminal Services Licensing mode from per device to per user

Situation: Your Windows 2003 Terminal Services Licensing is currently running in per device mode (this is default). Now, you want to change per device mode to per user mode.

To switch per device mode to per user, go to Administrative Tools>Terminal
Services Configuration>Server Settings>Licensing Mode. You can reset Licensing Mode from Per Device to Per User. This setting can be changed without requiring a restart of the terminal server.

Note: One terminal server cannot accept User CALs and Device CALs at the same time.
