How to collect User Activity Report in Mitel/Shoretel

Situation: the client uses Mitel/ShoreTel phone system. They would like to how many calls from outside daily. Here is how.

  1. Login Mitel/ShoreTel Connect Director.
  2. Click Reporting icon (third from left). Then Call Details.

3. In Report type, select User Activity Report. Add extension range, date, and time.

4. You also have option to export the report. On the first one of the left top.
