How to configure Notification on Synology SAN

  1. Login Synology SAN, for example https://chicagotech-san:5001
  2. Click Control Panel.
  3. Click Notification on the left pan.
  4. Check Enable email notification.
  5. Enter the information. For Office 365, we use Outlook instead of SMTP server.

6. Click Apply.

7. Click Send a test email to test it.
