- You have to log into your support portal and switch the licenses over from the current firewall onto the standby firewall.
- In palolato Customer Support, navigate to Assets>Devices. Double-click on The Serial Number.
- Click Transfer License in the bottom.
- Select your Standby Firewall Serial Number to submit the license transfer.
- Now, go back to firewall you just switch to active. Navigate to Device>Licenses.
- Click on Retrieve license keys from license server.
- It may take a few minutes to load the license, which will look like this.
- You have switched the Standby Firewall to a Active firewall!
