How to read Archive email in Outlook - Step by step with screenshots 

1. With Outlook open, look at Archives on the left pane.

2. If you don't see it or don't see some old email, go to File>Open & Export. Click Open Outlook Data File.

3. IN the Archive location you may find some archive#.pst files. Open that one with date you want to read. Now, you may have two or more Archive folder as shown below.
