How do I know our OWA internal and external URL

To find out your OWA internal and URL, run exchange Management Console. Navigate to Server Configuration>Client Access. Under Outlook Web Apps, Right click on OWA and select Properties. In the General tab, you will find out the OWA internal and external URL as shown below.
