How to Check Most Microsoft Programs' Version

In general, you can check the version of Microsoft programs including Microsoft Office software, and Internet Explorer and Outlook Express by going to Help. To do that, following steps:

1.

Start the program.

2.

On the Help menu, click About Program Name.
A dialog box displays program information, including the version number.
