How to release quarantine email in Office 365  - Step by step with screenshots 

1. Login Office 365.

2. Click Admin>Exchange.

3. Click Protection on the left pane and then quarantine.

4. Use Search to find the email you want to release.

5. Double click on the email and then click Release to on this window.

6. You will have options to release to the original recipients or to all users.
