How to setup other mailbox as default Outlook profile  - Step by step with screenshots 

 

In our example, one of users would like to setup another user's mailbox as default email in Outlook. Here is how.

 

1. Run Mail from Control Panel.

 

2. In Add Account Setup, enter the another user's email address and password (no login account). If the Your name is grayed out, click Manual setup or additional server types. Then click E-mail Account to enter those information.


  

3. Follow the setup wizard to complete the settings.
