How to turn on Remote Assistance on Peplink


In a case you need Peplink technician help, you may enable Remote Assistance so that he can access the Peplink device. To do that, please follow these steps.

1. Login Peplink web utility, for example https://peplinkip/cgi-bin/MANGA/index.cgi

2. Change the URL to https://peplinkip/cgi-bin/MANGA/support.cgi

3. In the In the Remote Assistance Status, turn it on.

 

 

 

3. After turning Remote Assistance on, the Dashboard will show it up.
