How to install phpBB - Part 1

1, Make sure you have install folder under phpbb folder.

2. Run phpbb install by going to http://localhost/phpbb. It will start with http://localhost/phpbb/insall/index.php.

3. The Installation compatibility will show all settings.

4. Click Start install to continue.

5. in the Database configuration, enter the server name, database name, database username and password. Click Process to next step.

6. If the connection is successful, click Process to next step.

7. In the Administrator configuration, enter administrator username, password and contact information.
