How to modify NIC Speed and Duplex settings

If you are experiencing a connection problem like slow, stopping connection, you may want to check the hardware settings such as NIC and switch. Also most Hubs don't support full duplex. So that, you may need to configure the computers' network card speed and duplex.

To modify NIC speed and duplex, got to the Properties of the NIC>Configuration>Advanced. Click Speed and Duplex. You may want to test it by change the auto to 100 MB Half or 10 MB Half. If it works, increate to 100 MB Full or 1000 MB Full.
