How to disable/enable UAC in Vista As this post mentioned, Some program don’t run on Vista. The resolution is disable the UAC. To disable UAC, please follow these steps:
1. Start>Run To enable it, highlight "Enable UAC" and click Launch button.
Note: Turning off UAC reduces the security of your computer and may expose
you to increased risk from malicious software. We do not recommend leaving
UAC disabled.
