How to find out whether you're working offline and offline availability

To find out if you're working offline and offline availability, do the following.

1. Open the network folder that contains the file you are working on.

2. Check the Details pane at the bottom of the window for the status. It displays Offline Availability: Always available or Not available, and Online status: online or offline.
