How to setup Anywhere Access in Windows Server 2012 Essentials  - Step by step with screenshots 

 

1. Open Dashboard in Windows Server 2012 Essentials.

2. Click SETUP and then Set up Anywhere Access.


3. Click Next in Getting Started. 

4. In Do you own a domain name, select what you want. In our example, we choose" I want to use a domain name I already own.

5. In our example, we check Set up my domain name manually.

6. Confirm "I have manually configured my domain name:.

7. Setup a trust SSL certificate.

 

8. Copy the Generate a Certificate Request and send it to 3rd party certificate company.

9. When getting the trusted certificate, import it here.

10. Click Next to import it.

 

11. Follow the wizard to complete the setup.
