Troubleshooting "... is not accessible" error step by step B1

Check the TCP/IP configuration of the "not accessible" computer. In the DOS prompt, type ipconfig /all and press Enter.

1. Check Node Type: in the most case, it is Hybrid.
2. Compare IP Address with other good machine: They are should be in the same ip range.
3. Also check the Subnet Mask: they should be the same.

If you receive the same error even you have all correct configuration and no firewall running, contact a consultant. Go back.
