You may have many ways to minimize this dialog box while a batch file is running.
1. Create a batch file that calls the actual logon script. For example, you want to minimize the logon.bat, you can using Notepad, create a file that has the following entry:
START /MIN LOGON.BAT.
2. Create the shortcut of the batch file. Right-click the the shortcut select Properties.
Under the Shortcut tab, you will see a drop-down menu with Run written before it.
Choose "Minimized" from the drop down menu.
