Normally, a user will receive quarantine notification once per day if he/she has some quarantined messages. The problem is the user doesn’t get the quarantine email until the next morning so that he/she may get a lot calls from the senders. To avoid this problem, as an Office 365 user, you can view and release quarantined messages by using the Security & Compliance Center. Note: You global administrator need to assign permissions for you.
To view or release quarantined messages, please follow these stpes:
- Login Office 365.
- Go to the Security and Compliance Center.
- On the left, expand Threat Management, choose Review, and then choose Quarantine.
4. here you can view and release quarantined emails.
If the user has been assigned to Compliance Administrator group, he can view and release the quarantined email by following these tseps:
- Go to this website: https://admin.protection.outlook.com/Quarantine
- Login your account.
- Now, you should see this page:
