Switch between Desk phone and Software phone on Mitel Connect

  1. Run Mitel Connect by double clicking on Mitel Connect icon.
  2. If the Mitel Connect popup for credentials, click Show advanced.
  3. Make sure you check Use Windows Credentials and Remember me. And other info are correct.
  4. Click Login to continue.
  5. After login, double-click on your name.
  6. Mitel Connect will open right pane.
  7. Now, you have options to switch between Desk phone and Software phone.
