1. Tap Settings icon to open the phone’s Settings app.

2. Tap Network & Internet. Make sure Data Saver is off.

3. Tap Hotspot & tethering and then USB tethering.

4. Turn on USB tethering.

5. On the laptop, you will see the network icon showing Network and Internet access info.

If you go to Network, you will a new network, Ethernet 5, Network 5 in our example.

6. On another device, search for the hotspot name and you may be required to enter the password.
