How to increase Mailbox usage size in Exchange online

  1. Login Exchange Admin online.
  2. Go to Reception>Mailboxes.
  3. Open the mailbox Properties.
  4. Go to mailbox usage.
  5. Click on More options…

6. Adjust prohibit send at GB and Prohibit send and receive at GB.
