Phishing emails are one the biggest security threads. To prevent a phishing email, you can setup an external email warning or tag external emails in Office 365. Here is how.

1. Login Office 365 and select Admin.

2. In Admin centers go to Exchange

3. Click on mail flow

4. Click Rules and then + to add a new rule.

5. Create a name, select condition, for example The sender is located Outside of the organization and The recipient is located Inside the organization.

6. Save the settings.

In a situation, you have a problem to delete an email account in Windows mail, please follow this instruction to turn off the email account.

1. Click Settings in the lower-left corner.
2. Click on Manage Accounts, and then select the account you no longer want to receive email from.
3. Click on Change mailbox sync settings, then scroll down to Sync options.
4. Use the slider to set Email to Off and then choose Done > Save.

1. With the Mail or Calendar apps open, click on Settings in the lower-left corner. 

2. Click on Manage Accounts, and then highlight the account that you want to remove.

3. Click on Delete account. Note: If you don’t see the Delete account option, you’re probably trying to remove the default email account added when you logged on to Windows 10. You need to turn off email from this account.

In a case you have problem to run Command Prompt because you have a problem to run it from Search bar, Windows icon or File Explorer, you have an option to run it from Task Manager. Here is how.

1. Run Task Manager by right click on Taskbar.

2. In Task manager, click File>Run new task.

3. Type CMD in the Open and click OK.

4. Now, you should have Command Prompt popup

The answer is no. Quoted from online:

T-Mobile’s firewall is managed network side for both IPv4 and IPv6, this means that T-Mobile Home Internet users cannot configure the firewall themselves.

On IPv4 T-Mobile has to use CG-NAT, which makes it really complicated for the firewall to be managed anywhere other than at the network side.

On IPv6 they don’t have to do that, however it is easier for T-Mobile to have both firewalls managed network side as opposed to the IPv4 firewall network side and the IPv6 firewall client side.

It is also worth noting that they had their network setup this way long before they offered home

in Office 365 new version, manage white list and block list on Office 365 or Outlook is different from the old version.

1. Login Office 365 and administrator account.
2. Go to Admin Center.
3. Click Security
4. click on Threat management and then Policy.

5. Click on Anti-Spam under policies.

6. In Anti-spam policies, click on the policy you want to manage, Anti-spam inbound policy.

7. Click on Edit allowed and blocked senders and domains.

8. Select what you want to edit, Block Domains.

9. Click +.

10. Add the domain name and then click Add domains.

11. When finishing, click Done!

12. Click Save and then Close.
