How to modify the AD Account
Lockout
To modify the AD Account Lockout, please follow these
steps:
- Open ADUC from the Administrative Tools
- Right click on the domain name. for example,
chicagotech.net, and select Properties.
- Select Group Policy.
- Highlight the Domain Default Policy and then click
Edit.
- Explorer Computer Settings>Security Settings>Account
Policies>Account Lockout Policy. Double-click on the Account Policy
Threshold and check the Define this policy settings.
- Change the # in Invalid logon attempts.
