How to assign Send As Permissions to a Mailbox In Exchange 2010

1. Open Exchange 2010 EMC.

2. Navigate to Recipient Configuration>Mailbox.

3. Right click on the username you want to assign permissions for others.

4. Select Manage Send As Permissions or Manage Full Access Permissions. Then follow the instruction.
