How to setup users to use E-Mail Router in Microsoft CRM - Step by step with Screenshots

 

1. Open the CRM web site.

2. Click on Settings in the left side.
3. Click on Users.
3. Double-click on the user you want to assign E-Mail Router

4. In the E-Mail Access Configuration, select E-Mail Router instead of Microsoft Dynamic CRM for Outlook.
