How to access SharePoint and upload/save multiple
files With SharePoint 2007,
you may have many methods to upload or save multiple files. You can open it
from the Windows explorer, create a shortcut, or use upload multiple
documents. 1. Open
https://chicagotech.net.
If the Security Alert displays, click Yes to continue.
2. When the logon
screen displays, type the username and password. You want to check remember
my password if it is secured.
3. After logon, click
Shared documents.
4. In Shared
Documents, click on Actions and then select Open with Windows Explorer.
5. You will have this
page and you can copy the files to this folder.
6. This also will
create a shortcut in your Windows explore under My Network Places>Shared
Documents on chicagotech.dyndns.org. You can copy or open files from this
folder.
7. You can also save a
document when running Word. The folder may be in the My Computer>Web Folder
or My Network Places>Shared Documents on chicagotech.dyndns.org.
8. You can also upload
multiple documents by clicking on Upload and select Upload Multiple
Documents.
