How to Join and Configure Windows 2003 Cluster Server
In How to Configure Windows 2003
Cluster Service, we have installed and configured the first node of the Cluster.
In this how to, we will show how to add and configure the Cluster Service on the
second node and allow it to join.
1. Run Cluster Administrator from Administrative Tools. Note: In Windows 2003 Enterprise or Database Edition, the Cluster Service is installed by default, but not yet configured.
2. If you want to add another node, select Add nodes to cluster and click OK to continue.
3. New Server Cluster Wizard displays. This wizard will help you to create a new cluster server with the information such as the cluster's domain, cluster name, IP address, logon information.
Note: You can select Open Connection to cluster to run the first node. Then choose the File >New>Node to add the second node.
