How to Create a Group (users' home directories) for File Shares C. Create the file share 7. In the Resource Dependencies, you would add a dependency that might be required in order for this resource to come online. For a File Share it should be dependent on a Physical Disk and a Network Name, so move them to the right box and choose the Next button. Remember that the Network Name is dependent on the IP. So you now have also indirectly set the File Share to be dependent on the IP address as well, because of this reason you do not need to explicitly set the File Share to be dependent on the IP.
