How to use Windows 2008 wbadmin backup to a network shared drive
Windows Backup Server backup only local drive or external drive, but a network shared drive. To backup to a network shared drive, you can use wbadmin command line. For example, the below is the command to backup to network storage IP 10.6.0.19.
Wbadmin start backup -backupTarget:\\10.6.0.19\backup\2008vs\135 -include:C: -vssFull -quiet
