How to upgrade VMware ESX 4 to 4.1 using Update Manger - Part 2
9. Now, you should have Upgrade Baseline ready. Click Compliance View.
10. In Compliance View, click on Attach... 11. Check teh New Baseline you just created and then click Attach. 12. Highlight the Host you want to upgrade, click on Remediate.. 13. Select the target and click Next. 14. Check I accept the terms and license agreement and Next. 15. Verify the upgrade settings and click Next. 16. Modify the default time settings and click Next. 17. Review all settings and click Next to start the upgrade. . 18. Select upgrade. Note: VMwrae ESX/ESXi release 4.1.0 is a partial release and can't upgrade from ESX 3.x, ESX 4.0. 19. The upgrade starts to install and you see similar like this one when it finishes.
