How to enable Vista Administrator account Bt design, Administrator is disable in Vista. To enable the administrator account, please follow these steps: 1. Open the Control Panel. 2. Double-click on the User accounts. 3. Select Manage User Account 4. Click Advanced. 5. Click Advanced under Advanced user management 6. Double-click on the Users. 7.
