to add the computer account of the terminal server or user accounts to the security properties of the GPO being created for the loopback, follow these steps:

1. Run Active Directory Users and Computers.

2. Right-click on the OU for the GPO.

3. Select the GPO and then click Properties.

4. Click the Security tab, and then click Add.

5. In the Select Users, Computers, or Groups box, select the computer account or the user account, and then click OK.

6. In the Permissions screen, select the Read and Apply Group Policy check boxes in the Allow column.

7. Click OK two times to close and save the policy settings.
