How to install Network Monitor in Windows 2000 With windows, you can enable Network Monitor (netmon) to monitor and capture network traffic. The netmon is a useful tool when you are troubleshooting networking problems, and is capable of monitoring for specific network events. To enable Network Monitor, please follow these steps: 1.
