Contract job - Cisco Engineer needed

We will have a VPN project to set a VPN connecting 13 offices. The main office in Chicago has Cisco 1841 router. We will setup a Windows 2003 DC sometimes next month for them. They want all remote offices run wireless network and connect to the Internet. They are planning to setup VPN connect all remote offices to the main office using IPSec. We are looking for a network engineer to help us.
