How to scan Entire Network Scan Entire Network enables you to scan the whole network in the same subnet. It uses the active Full Scan profile which is the default scan profile. This profile scans your network for any security vulnerabilities including open TCP/UDP ports, missing patches and service packs, USB devices and more. This scanning profile is also used to retrieve system information. To change the active scan profile, click on Configuration and then Complete/Combination Scans in the left pan. Click Set a active link in the profile you want to setup it as active profile. You can modify the profile by clicking on Edit this profile link. In the Scanning Profile Editor, you have options to enable or disable, add, remove and edit Vulnerabilities and Potential Vulnerabilities. To scan entire network please follow these steps; 1. Run GFI LANguard.
