Re-Configuring the office's DNS in WAN or VPN environment, it is better to setup
each office's DNS to point itself as its preferred DNS server and other
office DNS as its alternate DNS server. 2. Click Start, point to All Programs, Accessories, Communications, and then click Network Connections. 3. Right-click the active network connection and then click Properties. 4. Click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and then click Properties. 5. In the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties
dialog box, click Use the following DNS server addresses. Type the local DC
IP address in Preferred DNS and another office DNS IP address as Alternate
